My delivery was not honored on the scheduled date, what should I do?

In the event that the delivery agreed with the carrier has not been honored:

1 - Consult the follow-up of your order via your follow-up link received by email, in order to take note of any modifications or information concerning your delivery.

2 - Check your emails, it is possible that the carrier sent you a request through this.
