To know the progress of your order, we invite you to follow the following procedure:

1 - Log to your customer area.

2 - Go to the " MY ORDERS " section.


3 - The status of your order is updated automatically. You have access to the status of your order.


4 - Click on "see" to access the detail of the order


5 - Go to the "Order deliveries" tab to access the package tracking link.
